It is our third purchase from AO and have never been disappointed. Our vacuum cleaner arrived quickly and in one piece. It is the second time we have bought a Vax, it is very efficient and practical, it glides easily on rugs/carpets and picks up everything thanks to its carpet function. It can also serve as a car /stair cleaner as the main body is detachable. Finally you cannot begrudge the price. We have had much more expensive vacuum which in my opinion don't rate any better. If you have children/grandchildren/pets, it's the one to purchase.

Like Vax, will not use any other make. This Vax takes a little getting use to, but has very good suction power on all of my carpets, and even on hard floors. It picks up EVERYTHING, my carpets has never been so clean. Changing the tools is quite easy and very useful. Very easy to empty. It seems like Vax have thought of everything, cannot fault anything. Would recommend this item to anyone.

Great hoover easy to use, turn around furniture etc. It’s fairly heavy but powerful. I like that you can detach and hoover up stairs without carrying the whole piece of equipment makes life a lot easier!

Brilliant hoover got for my mum to use it’s nice and lightweight

The suction on this vacuum is great and the electric cable is long enough to do all of the rooms in my bungalow when plugged into the hall socket. There are a couple of things I not so keen on and they are the plastic looks cheap and not very robust and the control buttons look flimsy and look like they would not last for so long.
