I am very pleased with product. Have lots of dog hairs to contend with (dalmation and labradoodle) sucked these up with no effort. Good length of lead and a lot lighter than my previous cleaner.

Good suction and removed enough dog hair to knit a puppy. Would benefit from an additional hose as a standard or optional extra.

So easy to set up and use. Picks up better than my old Dyson. Haven't used the lift away yet but expect that will be great to use. Lovely long lead to cover large areas.

Amazing that you can take this apart to use it on the stairs and even better I can use it easily for the car now. I had the older model which was amazing. This one is even better! I love vax and honestly wouldn't buy any other make. Don't go spending hundreds on others if you don't need to. This does the job perfectly!

Unfortunately this product is not easy to use, the cylinder that detaches to vacuum the stairs is heavy and falls over continuously, the hose is definitely not long enough and has no extension functionality like previous VAX, getting to any corners on the ceiling to get to dust or cobwebs without standing on something is virtually impossible. The steerable functionality is brilliant as is the ability to switch between hard floors and deep pile carpet, emptying the cylinder is super easy as well.
