Best hoover I have purchased for many years. Lightweight, very versatile, easy to empty, very long cable, great on all surfaces and very good price. I would definitely recommend this hoover.

I needed a decent vacuum cleaner as my ling haired black cat was leaving my beige carpets looking filthy. Money is a bit tight so I chose this one for the reasonable price....and it performs better than my previous much more expensive vacuum. Very pleased.

Long lead which is good, not heavy, suction good easy to clean.

Powerful vacuum cleaner got mostly to use tools slight problem with brushes not going around due to dust bin not correctly installed ..light weight not too heavy

I was pleased with the quick delivery of my Vax cleaner but on using it for the first time I found it to be extremely heavy and the "steerable" function made it even harder to use so I would like to exchange for a lighter model but the On-Line chat service just comes up with "go to returns" Well, I want an exchange, not just to return the item, as the Vax cleaner picks up dog hair better than any other cleaner I've every had.
