The product is very good for the price, picks up dog hair and dust very well. I usually buy the original bagless vacuum but the Vax is a good alternative especially for the price. Lighter for carrying up stairs too.

Excellent value, does the job

Good powerful suction. A tact heavy but very easy to steer. The hose is a bit stiff to maneuver when detached from the body. I find the turbo tool too flat especially for low surfaces. Overall a good vacuum.

Superb at getting boxer dog hairs out of carpet - good suction. Bedroom looks like it has a new carpet! Plastic fittings don't feel robust so I wonder how long it will last. Sensational for the money though even if it only lasts for the guarantee period

Not to rubish another product but I had one of those grey glorified carpet sweepers - the rechargeable type....we hoovered through with it and the carpets looked ok then hoovered with the vax and we were horrified, the vax was half full of stuff out of the carpet!!!! Do the right thing and get rid of the carpet sweeper type and get this upright vax it's a game changer.
