Amazing how much better than the old vax this is and the old one was good.

I was pleased with the quick delivery of my Vax cleaner but on using it for the first time I found it to be extremely heavy and the "steerable" function made it even harder to use so I would like to exchange for a lighter model but the On-Line chat service just comes up with "go to returns" Well, I want an exchange, not just to return the item, as the Vax cleaner picks up dog hair better than any other cleaner I've every had.

Good Lift -out Vac. Pretty powerful and the steer ability is very useful and good for smaller spaces. The brush bar on the front is narrower than our old Dyson, so is better for nooks.Overall, very pleased, this is our second one of these. Downside, the attachments are not quite as robust as the old one, so I kept those, but the machine is quite light, so you have to expect that.The little hair brush pick up attachment is good. Would recommend.

Great Hoover, have been struggling with a shark for years because of dog hair in the house but this one is amazing! Great suction, easy to clean out and comes with handy attachments and it lifts off to do the stairs!

Very easy to use light weight plenty of lead and a good price. Brilliant.
