Excellent picture quality, sound just needs setting up from the box if you want a fuller sound to match the quality of the picture!

Excellent TV. Picture is great. Sound is good. Game streaming works really well. Good to be able to control it with a phone and Alexa.

Picture and operation of tv is good however lost a star due to sound - its ok for just watching tv shows but for music its not good at all, my mobile phone sounds better for music! So will have to purchase a sound bar.

Very happy with this TV which we bought to replace a new but smaller Panasonic in our kitchen, which has now been relegated to a spare room (it was pretty rubbish on reflection, yet cost more?!). The difference in picture quality is astounding, and sound also pretty decent (we have no sound bar in here) from the in built speakers which have some kind of directionality widget. Easy to mount on the wall and set up, and as all our other TVs are Samsung, the controls and menu are easy/familiar to navigate. The item description was good, and I was able to compare products easily, but for the member's price, this was a no brainer. Would buy again, and can definitely recommend this TV to friends and family.

Great TV, brilliant picture and sound, perfect size, great apps already installed really happy! Don't forget the 2 delivery guys who installed it, took away and recycled old TV and packaging.
