It is great and a great picture and sound

A brilliant tv for the cost. Everything is relative, but so impressed with the picture quality and overall performance for the cost of the product.

Good picture quality and easy to set up. Good price only 1 niggle the sound varies depending on what channel you are on. Hope it last as along as my last on 15 years.

Picture us good but not the best , our old Samsung was better

I got this tv to replace another 10 year old Samsung which is just starting to go (has a small white patch on the screen). So I trust this brand. It was very easy to set up and the home screen isn’t too different to my previous one. I did have to do some fiddling around with the colour settings as I watch the trailers for a couple of films and the screen was black in one dark scene. The built in manual easily showed me how to change that, by turning off the power saving mode and adjusting the settings - similar to how you would edit a photo on your mobile phone. I’m not amazingly techie, so you don’t have to be, just play around and don’t worry about messing it up as you can always revert to how it was originally and then fiddle around with the settings until you’re happy. I watched a film where I would usually be turning the volume up and down loads due to the sound being too loud in certain scenes, but I only had to adjust the sound a tiny bit with this tv. So, it’s not perfect, but it’s definitely an upgrade, it’s cheap and it’s fast. It’s definitely a solid choice for a small or narrow lounge (43”).

The product has been great, but I only had it for a week. The quality of the pictures and sound is fabulous.

Brilliant! Good price and the membership was worth it. Tv was so simple to set up, clear picture and loads of options on the remote for streaming services. Everything we needed was included, sounds decent but we still use a sound bar. Responds quickly to the remote command.
