2 good sized drawers and a quick freeze area. Not sure I will use the ice making facility as do not usually need any. Wide temperature range as required for garage

New freezer ideal for what we needed as back up to an integrated fridge / freezer in our kitchen . Only negative is that the control button is at the back so not easy to get to , once freezer in place .Also no temperature indication light at the front of the freezer . Drawers a good size . looks good alongside my other white goods .

Bought as a second freezer to use in an outhouse. Has a good amount of storage space

We chose this product as it withstands temperatures down to -15 degrees. The only negatives are that there are no indicator lights to show if the freezer is operating properly i.e.: low temperature or fast freezing. Also the controls for temperature 1-4 * fast freeze are at the rear of the appliance which is not a good design for an under counter appliance. The reason for giving it 5 stars was that it was the only make of freezer that was suitable for a garage installation.

AO offered the cheapest price available for a highly-rated freezer on Which? We've been really pleased with it and were impressed how quickly AO could deliver it to our door. We'll certainly be using AO again in future.

We bought it to go in the garage. Changing the door around was a faff because the screws were stupidly tight (bending the bracket) but doable.

The Beko freezer was bought to replace a Creda, about 15 years old with failing insulation. The Creda had four compartments and the drawers were stout wire baskets. The Beko has three compartments which is not so convenient. The drawers are all plastic and feel rather flimsy, especially the top fast freezer door hinges. The ice drawer inside the top compartment is a poor fit and of little practical use. There is an adjustable thermostat which the user is required to set, but when the freezer is in use positioned under counter and filled with food access to the thermostat dial is far from easy. I was surprised to find no lamps indicating that the freezer in 'on' and is down to working temperature (or not). I shall have to buy a thermometer that will read down to -20 deg C so that I can set the working temperature - I not had to do this before.
