At the moment my Freezer is not working properly, it keeps defrosting.
Waiting for someone to come on Monday to see what the fault is with the freezer.
Had it on the 30th July and it defrosted on the 2nd August so not very happy, as the food i had in it i had to throw away.

I have already bought three items from AO and the products were excellent. I can reccomend them and the delivery men were so helpful. A wonderful company and outstanding quality and price for their items. This time a bought a under counter freezer. Excellent product and delivery on time. The freezer was exactly what I wanted. It had a small freezer tray for making ice cubes or holding ice lollies in it. It has 3 drawers which gives lots of storage space for food to be placed in It. All in all a great product.

Freezer controls at the back!

This freezer seems to be working ok. As an under the counter item though, having the controller on the back of the freezer means you have to remove it from under the counter to adjust it. Not potentially easy for an elderly or disabled person to maneuver.
