I had the same freezer previously and was very happy so I order the same again.

This has very flimsy drawers one of which came off after a couple of weeks but I managed to fit it back on. I couldn’t find the settings dial then discovered it at the back of the freezer so not easy to reach . This seems a ridiculous place to put it on a freezer designed for under counter use! This freezer was a replacement for an overspill small chest freezer in my garage but I wish I’d had another chest freezer as the storage capacity is greater & easier to reach. Also there’s no fast freeze or red warning light as my chest freezer had although this seems a common factor in upright freezers.

Fit for purpose

Excellent undercounter freezer. Two big shelves at top and pull out basket on bottom. Takes about 5 bags shopoing. Great quality

Nice freezer only problem is dials are on the back of it and you can’t see or reach them without pulling the freezer right out, also there’s no light to let you know it’s working. But handy that door can be reversed which we have done, also the compartment doors don’t seem all that strong but for the money is good for what I wanted.

Works well and with the advantage of being suitable for locating in a garage or outhouse. Downsides are the temperature adjustment, as mentioned before, is awkwardly placed at the back of the device. There is also no power light to let you know it is on or not, so wouldn't be obvious if it got inadvertently turned off at the mains. All in all a good product at a reasonable price.

The basic function of this freezer is fine, the issue I have as with a lot of these half size units is that there are no status lights anywhere on them! So unless you hear the compressor running (this one is very quite) you can only validate it it it working my checking the temp, not great. On some of the models (according to the manual included with this one) they show a power and high temp warning led, but there is none on this. By default the temp setting is incorrect as delivered, you need to be around level 3 to get -18 to -20c, but please do check it yourself and the most stupid aspect of this unit is that the temp selector dial is on the rear of it where you can't get to it once it is installed, what a stroke of genius design that is!! On the plus side it is working OK and it can be installed in an outhouse/garage as it will operate down to -15c, most freezers will not work at that temp.

This freezer works well and is a good size, I was surprised to find that there is no on/off switch or indicator lights on the freezer. If there was a power cut or a fuse blew you would only find out when the freezer started to defrost.
