Really impressed, better than I thought it would be. Advert did say it would hold 4 bags of shopping, I soon found out that a bag for life was not the size of bag they were referring to. But it does hold quite a lot. Well recommended though.

Very pleased with my Beko freezer. It sits neatly under the counter-top and is so quiet! Plenty of space for my needs, and the fast freeze shelf is a bonus.

Got up Saturday Morning to discover my freezer broken. Needed on asap. Only AO could deliver next day and it was excellent. Phone cal to say they were close by and that made it easy for me.

We’re a young couple living together, and this freezer is the perfect size to keep us stocked up for a long time to come. Temperature control is around the back which could be an issue if installed under counter, but we’ve got our freezer in the garage (slightly forwards from the wall) so can just use our phone’s selfie camera to check on the dial. Also a huge plus that this model can safely go in the garage. Great size and product, plus great service from ao. Very happy overall!

Top shelf has a fold down flap. The hinges appear a little flimsy so don't give me any confidence they will last. Middle drawer is a good size. The bottom drawer is sort of half depth and will hold a loaf of bread etc. For it's overall size I feel it has a good amount of storage space. The temp adjustment dial is on the back at the top which is a bit odd so chances are you'll need to slide the freezer out if you need to adjust it, all the way out as well to see what you're doing as it needs a coin to adjust

When the product was delivered there was confusion as to whether it was a fridge or a freezer. It has been confirmed that it is a freezer and seems OK. The product has now been installed and is working satisfactorily.
