From looking on the web site to ordering the freezer and the delivery, it was easy and the delivery was professional and the chaps were well mannered. Communication was brilliant, it’s the first time I’ve ordered from AO. I found it stress free and easy to navigate the web site. Also like I said communication was brilliant. It is as described. Under counter freezer which works . What more can you say after only a couple of weeks ? I thought it was pricey but they coukd deliver quick and we had one go bump and are in dispute with Currys so we needed something to keep us going as we fear it may be a war of attrition.

Was smaller inside than expected however it is functioning well up to now the ice tray comes out when you are filling it a bit goo easy consequently I have had ice all over the floor a couple of times!

Great little freezer, but plenty of room inside with a nice addition of an ice tray. Great service from AO .Com as ever came on time and all the staff were really helpful.
