Fantastic assistance by the AO customer service agent. Price matched without any quibble. Helpful polite and courteous delivery men. Item was an under counter Beko freezer which I am very happy with. Perfect size for a couple or small family. Deceptably large storage. Very quiet motor which was a must in an open plan living space. Can definitely recommend the item and would happily consider this brand again.

Very good for my outbuilding. Perfect for the overflow of my frozen items. Overall I am very impressed. There is nothing to dislike.

Good for the price, but I do find it odd that the freezer setting controls are on the back of the unit on this under counter model. If you need to access these you have to pull the freezer out into the room

First one delivered didn't work and had to be replaced. Replacement seems to work well. Selecting programs is intuitive.

The Freezer is excellent and just what was needed.

Bought to replace a 15 year old freezer that lived in the garage. This Beko does the job just fine. I checked it out and adjusted the setting using a freezer thermometer before putting it in place. A good move as the adjustment is on the back of the unit (as pointed out in the AO review). Very happy with the purchase at a very good price.
