    Epic little freezer

Great size drawers, plenty of space for us and we are a family of 4. Nice deep drawers. Very quick to get to temperature. Fits perfectly in our kitchen.

    Good, but

Good freezer for the price, but why on earth put the thermostat on the back of the freezer? Weird!!

    Difficult to reach temperature control

    4/5
Generally, the freezer is a good model with all that is needed in an under-the-counter freezer. One problem is that the temperature control is situated on the rear of the unit and it has to be pulled out from under the counter to make variations. This may not be a problem once the temperature is stabilised but, in order to get the right operating temperature, the unit had to be pulled out into the kitchen several times to make adjustments.

    Compact and quiet

    5/5
Small compact and quiet freezer. Slight downside is the position of the temperature control however once that is set you probably don't need to access it again. Tiny dent on front door however as this is stored in the garage it is not a major issue. Prompt efficient delivery.

    Thank god it fits!

Yup, nice little freezer, had looked at so many and checked various points, one being where were the controls, ie accessible if freezer fitted under a bench, and of course dimensions.... mostly I wanted one hinged on left hand side... other half did that as I bought a reservable door model ... mind there was language cos as he said the screws were **** useless and would not hold, luckily he is exceptionally capable and has a workshop full of said (longer and stronger) screws and he did sort it... for anyone else I would say pay to get door reversed ... or risk divorce .... oh and it works really well but... in my confusion I managed to buy one with controls on the back, I ask you? How silly ... that is both myself and the designers .... but hey, doubt I will ever need vary the setting so happy enough....lovely little item... and perfectly described on web site

A great priced and featured freezer

    4/5
This has been just the ticket. The price was just right for us and it had to be usable in the conservatory where the temperatures could drop to the low single digits. Thus far the freezer has worked flawlessly! The space/volume is pretty generous for an under counter unit so we have been impressed with that. The temperature control being at the back of the unit is a really random and bizarre afterthought though thankfully once you have set it I guess you do not need to set again. Thankfully ours isn't under any units/worktops so we can reach this at will. The drawers and plastic doors on the inside do not seem like the most robust materials but time will tell to see if they break. Removing the ice tray affords extra space in the top drawer. Swapping the door to open on the other side took longer than expected and this was mostly due to one of the hinges that didn't seem to fit/position correctly which causes the door to close slightly tighter at the top then say the bottom corner. Thankfully it still seems to seal ok. The noise levels I think are very good. Yes, you can hear it when it's running but compared to other units it is well within acceptable limits, and compared to a full height fridge freezer from Becko this is much quieter. We have managed to cram in a lot of items so it has been a great addition to our main freezer. Looks wise, it does look smart with a fairly clean simple design. No garish logos or features so it just blends in. I am hoping it will continue to work ok in the conservatory during summer now that is has survived a winter, though this was fairly mild in 2019. Overall, for the price and the specification offered the Beko UF584APW is hard to beat and we think it's a cracking unit. Especially at the price. Recommended!

Good freezer, maybe a little noisy, no defrost drain.

Freezer maintains correct temperature range, Very good price. A little noisy, can hear in next room with door open if TV is at low level, but is within the specified level of 43dB. Top (of 3) is fixed shelf with open down door. middle and Bottom are pull out draws. There is also a shallow 1 1/2 inch ( 357.28 meters if you speak French) ice cube draw at the very top. A 10 cube ice cube tray is included. Standard ice cube trays fit easily. Manual defrost and I cant see any drainage outlet so going to get wet.
