    Unexpected Bonus

    The freezer is better than expected, plenty of space. The bonus for me, although it is Hotpoint the managing company is Whirlpool. My previous freezer was Whirlpool and it served me for just over 20 years I am so pleased.

    The instructions are very poor and the display is behind the door. Overall not as good as our last hotpoint freezer.

    Ordered as a replacement for an old freezer that stopped working. It's just as roomy as the old replacement and quiet in operation.

    I have only had the freezer for a week and so far am satisfied with it, although it is smaller than my previous one. Unfortunately I have not been able to obtain 'instructions for use' either online or telephone to Hotpoint.
