Delivery men were very pleasant and helpful. Freezer is fine except the temperature control is at the back so difficult to access when the freezer is under the counter

I've received my Smeg FFO8FW Freezer today and couldn't be more pleased with my purchase. I bought it to keep my Dogs raw food in but it had to fit in the cupboard under the stairs. This freezer does the job perfectly. It will hold two months worth of food easily plus some bones and allow me to use my other freezer for my own food. Some of the other reviews mentioned that they had to buy a converter plug as the freezer does come with a two pin plug. In preparation I ordered one from Amazon however when my freezer arrived it already had a converter plug with it so it was already to plug in and go. The appliance is really good quality and very quiet in operation too. The delivery guys were fantastic and delivered it to the back of my house without any complaint. All in all a very good buy and a very good experience with AO. Thank you!.

Good product for our needs but comes with a 2 pin plug so you can’t use it unless you arrange for a SMEG engineer to come round & fit a 3 pin plug! To do anything else would invalidate your guarantee.

A neat nice looking under the counter freezer which holds as much food as the bigger freezer it replaced the drawers easily slide out .I cannot find fault with this machine.
