Great, solid, sucks up the muck from the floor. Battery lasts well. Light and easy to use. Decided to use the wall mount, didn't on my last one. Keeps it out of the way and fully charged.

Our old vac burnt out. It had given sterling service. However my wife aka the boss said she wanted a lighter cordless cleaner. After i had suggested a broom and being threatened with no sunday roast dinners she went for this. We feel that it could do with an extra battery and a seperate charger. We have adapted our cleaning to one room a day.as in its long form it tends to run out quickly. But overall the boss is happy and so am i as i only have 1 room a day to hoover and not spend a whole day cleaning the house, but we still think a seperate charger and extra battery would come in very handy.

Got this to replace an old Dyson hand held which was rubbish. This is amazing. Quiet, impressive power, and battery is good. Highly recommended.

It is light, fairly quiet, and does the job. If you cannot fix it on the wall (e.g. renting), make sure you have a spot to store it since it cannot stand on its own. The plastic container feels on the thinner side. The battery run-time should be enough for a two-bed place on a lower setting.

very easy to dismantle for cleaning. very light . was able to hoover whole if lower floor. living room. bathroom. long hall and 2 big bedrooms. still showing 1 bar. didn't need to use booster as suction was excellent. left carpets and tiles very clean. would definitely recommend this hoover. great also brilliant for older generation like myself

Poor battery life only a few minutes. Tried to resolve it is difficult via Samsung as chat system if difficult to follow. Makes product useless. Hoping to get a resolution.
