very easy to dismantle for cleaning. very light . was able to hoover whole if lower floor. living room. bathroom. long hall and 2 big bedrooms. still showing 1 bar. didn't need to use booster as suction was excellent. left carpets and tiles very clean. would definitely recommend this hoover. great also brilliant for older generation like myself

Poor battery life only a few minutes. Tried to resolve it is difficult via Samsung as chat system if difficult to follow. Makes product useless. Hoping to get a resolution.

Very good product with great suction. It works perfectly also with my dog’s hair on both carpet and hard floors. Battery doesn’t last as expected

Brilliant - does the job expertly. Have 2 kids and one cat. Cleaner gets up crumbs, hair and dust with ease. It’s easy to use when it comes to the three settings. It’s quiet so doesn’t stress the kids/cat out. The bin is easy to detach and reattach. Charges well. Excellent vacuum cleaner and you certainly get what you pay for

The Samsung Jet is an effective and easy to use cleaner for my 100 year old aunt! She finds it light, steady, easy storage and fit for purpose. Cleaning floors has developed somewhat in her lifetime and this cordless cleaner has been the perfect product for her twilight years.

Excellent bit of kit it charges quickly and holds charge well and the boost facility is very handy for stubborn cat hairs.

Early days yet but service from AO was excellent, product performs equally as god, if not better than my previous cordless, which cost three times as much, the sales team were really helpful no complaints whatsoever.
