Happy with washing machine. 15 minute cycle is genius. Only issue I have is that I accidentally binned the user manual and there isn't one available online ANYWHERE, also AO cannot provide a copy either which is odd and annoying.

Good value machine, easy to use and with lots of cycles. Ideal for a couple or small family.

If like me you are looking for the narrowest machine possible, please note that the sizing on AO is incorrect. This machine is MUCH deeper than AO states (measuring front to back). I chose this specific machine because I had to get it through a tiny, narrow understairs cupboard doorway. The dimensions listed ensured a good amount clearance but nope, the depth of the machine is much more - i guess they didn't include the convex back panel, nor the door & knob jutting out at the front. I had to remove the cupboard door & the door beading to get it in & it was still a tight squeeze, despite the doorway in this enlarged state being 53cm wide. Delighted with the machine itself. Despite the low price it does the job, is reasonably quiet & gets the water out well on most cycles. I'm still working out which cycles are best for me personally (I don't pick cycles by fabric types but by wash duration & post-spin dryness). The delivery guys were great & got it to the first floor for me. I'm glad I didn't book installation because that would have been a disaster if they hadn't been on board with destroying the cupboard doorway to get it in. Thankfully I managed to get it into the cupboard eventually & after that, the installation (bolt removal, machine levelling, hooking up to the pipes) was easy.
