This machine is great as a whole however I have had a problem with the machine not flushing out liquid detergent. Powder is fine so I’ve been using that and HiSense were quick to send me through to customer support. I love that it chimes when it’s done and that I can control it via my phone. Makes my life a bit easier

Best programs seem to be on the app rather than the machine auto dosing very good dryer seems a little slow so far

A really good washer dryer for the money. Very happy with h it's performance so far. The auto dosing is a great feature.

Overall this is a good buy. I must admit I did struggle at first to get to grips with all the different settings/programmes as some of the programs can be 3hrs plus in length. Have only had it for coming up to a month & still learning new things about it & which ridiculous 7hr cycles to avoid. With each new feature I discover I'm loving it more.
