Very pleased with the product and service. When your old machine breaks down you want a next day replacement and AO provides that. The new machine washes well and is impressively quiet. It also plays a novel tune when it's finished.

Very happy with the washer dryer. It's very quiet, which is a real plus. It also washes and dries well. There's a good choice of programmes too.

I have had a Samsung Washer before and it gave good service so it was an easy choice. It's a well built machine and has more than enough programs to suit every household. Love the built in dryer which is ideal as long as your not doing too much laundry on the same day. Very quiet and stable in operation.

I’ve only had the washer dryer for a week but already tried a lot of settings. Rather than use the wash and dry function I washed towels and then put them on a 1.5 hour dry cycle and they were dry, so saved time. The 15 minute wash cycle worked surprisingly well when I spilled dirty water on my jeans and didn’t have any other washing to do. Dials are very easy to use, the machine is quite quiet and it looks really smart. Very pleased so far.
