Great washing machine and dryer

I’m very pleased with this washer dryer. It was installed quickly and easily. The wash is thorough with plenty of programme choices. The dryer is excellent.

This is my first time purchasing a Beko product, and after two weeks of use the only thing i cant do is connect my phone by the bluetooth feature. But as washer and dryer it works great, the 5kg wash and dry was perfect and its much quieter than my last LG washer and dryer.

I’ve had this washing machine since January 2021. At first I was in love with everything about it. It washed my clothes brilliantly and it was so quiet. I never been able to successfully connect with the homewhiz app even though I contacted Ao who then told me to contact Beko. Beko had no idea how to connect themselves. I left it as it wasn’t a major issue for me now Fast forward to 10 months after having this machine. It leaks sometimes when there is a cycle on, it is very loud when spinning and occasionally when it’s washing. This is a big issue because I remember I used to double that the washing was on due to how quiet it was. Now it bangs terribly and scares my baby.

So far so good

I tried to do a wash and dry cycle on one towel to test but still left the towel wet. I had to put it on a dry only setting to finish off. Total cycle time for one towel was like 7 hours....

This machine is easy to use, does what it says it will do and has proved a success.
