Looks good, washes well and much quieter than my last machine. Haven’t used the drier function yet.

Very happy with this, good for a small to medium household.

Great washing machine. The 4 hour wash and dry works really well and everything dries properly. Have only had the machine a week so haven't had chance to try all the other programmes yet

Fantastic product ! Our washer gave up on us without warning so quickly jumped on the AO website ! Looked at a few washers and this seemed to tick all the boxes for us . Arrived in the allocated time and the delivery guys were great , put it in the area we wanted and were very friendly . Overall very impressed with the washer functions , only tried the dryer once and shrunk my work jumper (my own fault for not reading the label) but all came out smelling lovely . Will be ordering from AO again

simple and effective to use

Very satisfied of the product! It is how it is as advertised. Dries cotton very well although with non cotton fabrics, it can be slightly damp, nevertheless, not an issue to me. It's also not noisy. This product is perfect for a small household or those living alone.

Originally thought this was a fantastic machine, very intuitive to use and it worked as it should. However I found it extremely noisy during the spin cycle. I would’ve rated it 4* - However - Less than 1 month into ownership, I noticed drip marks from the drawer. Presumed my husband was sloshing the soap up the washing machine. Finally witnessed this wasn’t the case and the machine is leaking from the drawer. Going to have to arrange an engineer/replacement. Not too happy.

Had this a week now and can't fault it much quieter than my old machine clothes come out clean nice and dry delivery guys where nice and polite with an added bonus they removed my old machine free of charge 5* from me a.o
