Its not even worth 1 star, do not buy. I am shocked at the good reviews. I have had this machine less than 12 months and requested an engineer due to the very loud clattering spin cycle, to be told it is normal for this model!! and may have to pay for the call out because the machine is not faulty.

For what l spent on this, I’m really happy with it. The drying cycle is a bit noisy, and spin vibrates through the floor even though I’ve checked and ensured the feet are standing even and flat. The only annoying thing was how you’re told to run a 15min drum calibration wash before you use it, but there’s NOWHERE in the machine or in manual to find such a programme. l wasted SO much time on phone getting through for advice before l dared to start using it. The one place mentioning it in manual directs you back to another mention, with no actual help! Other than that I’m delighted with its appearance & performance. Even the quickest wash gives great results. Thank you BEKO & AO ????

Great product, and great value

Doesn’t dry the clothes probably and there is lint all over the drum door. Extremely disappointed.

First time buying a washer dryer and I'm happy with my purchase. Was a bit difficult to get used to and understand how how to use it to start with. Now I've used it a few times on different settings it's getting better and easier.
