Looks great but…. Thought that Black Friday was a good time to replace my 18 year old Zanussi washer dryer (still working but a bit noisy and slow spin speed). Really good point about the Beko is it’s not deep so fits neatly under my worktop with the stand pipe behind it. Less good points - the instructions are poorly written making it seem more complicated than it actually is. The tumble dryer literally takes hours to dry stuff, compared to my Zanussi which never needed much more than an hour. Really annoying point - it leaves a little puddle of water at the front of the door seal and unless you remember to dry it with a cloth first it soaks the stuff they you just spent 3 hours 20 minutes drying.

3 week wait when item was in stock, Advertise delivery 7 days a week. Gave them all detailed instructions on when and where to deliver to as am disabled and address has 3 no 11s So "bungalows on right" is pretty clear! So went to HOUSE no 11 and woke me at 6.30, Total waste of time giving instructions. Also had recycling booked and didnt take old machine away and had to keep ringing for a week to get the old one removed,,, In all machine great, Service to get it terrible,
