Quiet and easy to operate. Exactly what was needed

The short 15/20 wash is nice and quick but there is no slightly longer program. The next one is nearly two hours. There could be another setting somewhere in between.

The instructions for installation are far too basic to be useful. Luckily YouTube helped me out. Nice large drum. Quiet in use. Quick to set and start.

Was tired of buying separate washers and driers so took the plunge saw this and after looking at several others decided on this and I'm glad I did. Would recommend to anyone.

Long, long wash and dry cycles. Pro's - It's very quiet, has a lovely big drum and washes and dries very well. The 15 min cycle is handy for the odd item needed in an emergency. Cons - wash cycles are all very long. Apart from the 15 min wash all the others are 2 hrs plus. There is a wool wash at 55 mins but it only spins up to 600rpm so you'd need to do a further rinse and spin for 30 mins, so no better off really. Most machines today offer a 45 min wash cycle, which I much prefer. Dry cycles are 3 hours plus so it takes around 5 hours to do a single load. Just as well it has a big drum but of course, although you can wash 10kg, you can only dry 6kg. I also note that you can't stop the dryer mid cycle, it won't unlock the door. The wash and dry cycle take more than 10 hours so unless you do your washing overnight, don't pick this. Apart from the inconvenience, I'm concerned about the electricity cost of this machine so wouldn't recommend. I regret this purchase but I'm stuck with it now. First item from AO that's disappointed.

The quick user manual is a joke the print is so small the manufac,s have literally crammed the information on a sheet of paper that measures length 58cms by width 21cms and you are left to unravel . The cotton wash programme is 3hrs/29 minutes long and you cannot change it to 2 hours. At the moment i am regretting buying this machine but i am going to have to work with it and i am dreading every minute

Good quality, does wobble a bit when on spin and takes a while to dry but overall happy with it! Good customer service, delivered on time, took the rubbish away and connected it for us. Can’t fault the service!
