Quiet wash, spin and drying. Has dealt with everything I've thrown in it so far. Why didn't I buy one of these years ago?!

Was a great washer/dryer bought 3 weeks ago and all of a sudden started making loud grinding noises. After 3 weeks never thought this would break down so quickly. I don't use it every day only every 3-4 days when I have washing to wash there's only 2 of us in this household and yet paying £399 for something that breaks down after 3 weeks. There was a burning smell coming from inside the drum so we switched it off and cleaned everything like we have done after every wash. And put it back on the dry setting for 30 minutes and there's a loud grinding noise that had never happened before it's always been quiet the top of the washer dryer was boiling hot which has never happened before. Will be ringing Ao first thing in the morning as it's still under warranty so I hope they get someone out to sort this as now I've had a meltdown paying for something that isn't working after 3 weeks

This is the second time I have bought this machine. The load sizes are great for a family, they are reliable and really quiet when running. They have numerous programmes, and have a super fast 15min cycle for low soiled items which is really useful. And to top it all they also look sleek stylish in the kitchen.

Great machine does the job ????

Very efficient machine. Can’t believe how quiet it is. Some of the programme times do seem a bit long, but these are usually the most economical so great for doing an overnight wash. The quick wash & steam cycles are also very handy (as is the ‘oops I forgot a sock’ grace period).
