A nice looking machine with some great features (especially the ability to add several washes worth of liquid softener). The dark door looks good - but in reality it would be more helpful to have the ability to see inside, and it's made of plastic- so I'm unsure how long it will remain unscratched. The machine isn't overly quiet and the spin doesn't get clothes as dry as my previous machine.

We loved our old washing machine and wasn't looking for a new one but it broke. And we bought this one and wow - what a difference its made to our washing - everything smells so clean and fresh - thanks to the automatic dispenser using exactly what you need for the weight of the wash and programme selected. A game-changer! We also had loads of different programmes on our old machine but we never used them because they didn't seem relevant for our uses, but the Hisense ones really work for us, like the shirt wash, the quick and freshen washes. And it takes 12kg of clothes which is brilliant for an active family of four. It also looks great with sharp clean lines and is pretty quiet too. Super easy to connect. I wish I'd got this years ago.

It was easy yo set up an account amd shop. Delivery was the next day. Efficient, friendly and helpful from call in the morning until they left site. I will definitely be using a.o again and have no hesitation in recommending them.

I've replaced my 12 year old hisense with a new hisense. I had forgotten how quiet a washing machine can be as the bearings had gone on my old one. The only ever fault. The larger drum makes me wonder if I was overloading my previous 8kg machine as my clothes are noticeably wetter after a second spin. Only one gripe so far. The beep to notify the end of the cycle is too quiet.

I love my new washing machine. I previously had a 7kg drum so had to do wash after wash to keep on top of the laundry. This 12kg allows me to get so many clothes in there I am feeling on top of the washing loads now. You put the detergent and softener liquid into the draw as instructed and the machine weighs your washing and determines how much liquid it needs to use for each load. You can also set it up on your phone through the app. The machine sends you a message when the washing is done and when any of the draws need topping up. It looks good and is very quiet too. Well worth the money and wish I'd purchased one sooner.
