This machine is so sleek , I was really impressed with how modern it looks. It’s initially a bit intimidating figuring out what the icons on digital display mean but after a couple loads you get the gist. I love the auto dispensers feature the most, very modern. The clothes are properly washed and spins relatively dry. Very happy with my purchase so far.

It does more than it says on the tin. Great machine with so many added features like auto dosing and steam together with a 15 quick wash. Great service from AO too.

It's very loud with a lot of vibration even after balancing properly to the extent that we have to reduce the spin speed on every wash, it seems much lighter than our old bosch one which is likely a factor. Avoid this brand/model.

Great value for the money you pay, able to take large loads and wash well. Also very quiet and can hardly hear it wash!

Within two weeks the door seal had split, Hisense said it wasn't covered by warranty but they would change it as a good will gesture, they gave me a day and a time slot, so day off work and waited in all day, no one came, I called them the next working day and spoke to a guy called Paul, a very rude man, offered me another appointment which wasn't possible for me and when I said it didn't suit me, he said that I was not covered by warranty and lucky they were doing a repair, so I returned the machine and now have a fantastic Hoover Machine, I will never buy a Hisense item as customer service is rubbish.

Awful machine. It was never quiet as advertised. After 5 months extremely loud banging coming from the machine, top weight had ripped off severing the drum! My review keeps getting refused yet it is honest and people should know.

The dosing never seemed very accurate and our laundry didn't have the same soft and fresh as it did in the old machine or the temporary one I've replaced this with. Sadly this machine did not last 5 months before the drum was ripped apart by the counter weight and damaged my kitchen sink, the unit and my kitchen floor. This has cost me an absolute fortune and as such I cannot yet afford to replace the machine having to opt for a refund to repair the significant damages. The customer service from Hisense has been horrific but sadly I'm not allowed to mention that. I doubt this review will even be published.
