12kg drum has been a game changer and the auto dosing is great, not tested the app as yet. Don't even notice the machine is on even at 1400 spin speed, I have also found that the close are quicker to dry once washed with this machine. Added bonus is that it is aesthetically pleasing. Would recommend for those looking to replace there existing machine.

Brilliant machine. Love the auto dosing and will save even more money. Really quiet machine with a 12kg capacity, everything comes out smelling great and very clean. The delivery was very quick and moved to the room of our choice.

I was a bit dubious about the auto loading of detergent and softener, and especially when I saw how it used less through this, but my clothes smell lovely and with the multiple and varied choice of cycles, I've found it quite easy to use. It doesn't auto load powder, so if you're a fan of powder, you need to use the manual section, which is like on any other machine and does the job as always. The 12kg has fitted a double and king duvet in and washed it fine. Like with any machine, clothes wise, you can't overfill as wouldn't be able to wash them - 12kg fits alot though! Really pleased with it!

A lot of the cycles take so long but does clean clothes well

Bought the machine for my mum, great range of cycles and different options. The app was a little fiddly to setup but other than that no issues. Mum would like to be able to adjust how much the autodose uses as she likes to use a little more fabric softener.
