Overall, it's a nice and easy washing machine to work.... very good spin cycle for a 1400 spin.... but could do with another quick wash cycle like the 3 series + range has...

It is very beautiful and runs well for now, i will use it for few months then i can talk about reviews, because i have been fooled last time, bought a microwave and less than 1 year and half it has broken down.

If you want a washing machine that looks good, does a fantastic job and is very quiet then this is where I would say that you need to take thus machine into consideration. The dimensions of this machine are almost identical to my previous one, making things much easier when considering the washing machine you want. The design is really good and there is a distinct feel of quality too. Operationally there are preset programmes which are accessed using the dial on the machine. Some are customisable, using the buttons to the left of the dial to control water temperature and spin speed. The hefty 10kg drum means a decent sized quilt could easily be washed in it and the detergent drawer is removable so you can rinse it under the tap. Speaking of the detergent draw, the material used here is plastic but the finish to it is so smooth that literally nothing sticks to it. My previous machine prior to being replaced had hardened washing powder stuck to detergent draw and couldn't be removed, even with a knife. The drawer in this machine seems to have a coating that looks like it is designed to resist washing powder sticking to it and even limescale. The first thing that strikes about this washing machine is that it is incredibly quiet. Sometimes I end up walking into the kitchen just to see if I remembered to start the washing cycle. Obviously it gets a little louder when on its spin cycle but compared to my old machine, what you do hear is nowhere near as loud. The machine balances the load prior to starting the wash. It will spin the drum like it was performing a wash but no water will have been dispensed. It does this for about 30 seconds to a minute, turning in one direction before changing to another, and then it will start the cycle off as normal. Overall this machine is amazingly priced and I think Hisense are going to be a huge upset in the market for different products. Here, with this machine, I feel no different about that. I know some people will continue to buy products from well known brands regardless of cost but you should seriously consider a change. This brand and model has just as high a quality feel as their competitors, the styling is easily matched and pricing is very competitive.

Very quiet machine and for the drum size fits in better than smaller machines and A rated electric

Just purchased a Hisense washing machine from AO and we are so very pleased with it. It is easy to use and so much quieter than our old one really recommend this product. The ordering process was so simple and we were kept informed on the delivery all the time. On delivery the team who delivered the machine were very polite careful end efficient. For price the quality is superb

I purchased this washing machine on the 3rd of January this year (2024) and the first thing that stands out is just how stylish it looks. The dark grey body and the smoked glass door gives this machine a very sleek and modern look.Prior to use there are a couple of things you will need to do. Firstly, there is a sound deadening board which needs to be applied to the bottom of the machine. This is simple because it uses sticky-backed foam pads which secure it firmly. Once that is done, there are four bolts which need to be removed. These secure the drum during transportation so as not to damage the machine. Hisense supply the tool you need to remove theses bolts so you don''t have to dig around in your shed looking for an appropriate spanner to do this. After those thins are done, level the machine with the adjustable feet, attach the waste pipe to the outlet and the supplied hose to your water supply and plug it in.Operating the machine is simple. There is a main dial which you use to select the type of wash you require and to the right of that dial is a digital display with buttons that allow you to customise some of the presets, such as temperature and spin speed, for your personal requirements. You have 10kg of capacity with this machine and once filled, set it to your required preset and it will go through a cycle of balancing the load before performing the wash. Once completed it will perform the wash and I promise you now, it is eerily quiet in operation. A few times I had to pop my head into the kitchen to make sure I had actually turned it on. It really is that quiet. Even during its spin cycle it is still very quiet when you give consideration to the drum spinning at 1600 rpm.Overall I have to say that this machine is brilliant. It is stylish, the capacity is large and it is very quiet in operation. And for the price, I doubt you would find a better, triple A energy efficient machine for your money. I already own another Hisense product and that has been faultless of the years. They are brand that has shown that you can great products at great prices and I highly recommend you consider them.

Good build quality, very quiet and great results on washing. We tend to set on a spin cycle (10 mins) before we take the washed items out to remove any extra water on non delicate items. All round probably the best machine I've had (which includes Hotpoint, Hoover and Zanussi in the past)
