My new machine arrived this week and it washes really well, however, clothes coming out very creased even on low temperature wash. Have tried spinning slower but not much different. The instruction manual is useless - hardly any information came with it and it is very difficult to try and get any information apart from third parties trying to sell you manuals which you don't even know are the correct ones. More help would be good.

Very happy with washing machine. Lovely and quiet. Getting used to it. Gradually getting to know the different programs. Would recommend it to anyone.

Has great functionality like any normal washing machine like many cycles, temperature controls and spin timings but where this one stands out is the ability to use an app to control the washing machine functions (plus many hidden ones) as well as a steaming function which is great for giving a nice ironed look to clothes as well as further enhancing bacteria cleaning.

Very pleased with the washing machine. Bit of a mind field to pick one!! Delivery good, chaps friendly, only problem they could not attached water supply, as had an inter grated dish washer next to it. So unable to attach new pipe. But once that sorted by my son -in-law, all working well!
