(Wonderful) * child''s lock and so much more. My only concern is the door. I don''t like the feeling of the outside of the door, that feels like plastic and does bend if you press into it.

Really pleased with this washing machine so far. 12kg is brilliant for our family of 5 with kids. It's a lot quieter than any washing machine I've had before and has an A rating on the NEW rating scale which means it's really cheap to run compared to my previous A rated (F rated on the new scale). We have used the timer delay function which works well and the clothes have been clean - which is arguably the most important factor in a washing machine! The black glass looks smart but is actually frustrating that you can't see what's going on in there! The pause to add that forgotten sock etc is handy!

Lovely product, has plenty of programmes to cover all washing requirements. Very easy to install and use. Like bring able to choose temperature and spin on the different programmes.

The efficiency rating is really good compared with others on the market and is well priced. Well designed and controls easy to use. The large capacity drum load coupled with high spin speed has proved invaluable to helping get the water out of clothes aiding drying. We have used the machine for two weeks and are impressed. As we have owned it for only two weeks, time will tell if the machine is worth the 5 stars we have given it.

Haven't used all the settings yet but the drum size is great for duvets so far loving my machine, it has a noise reduction board that goes on the bottom of the machine but it's still very loud on the spin so dread to think what it would be like without the board, still a great machine and looks nice.

Awful machine has had faults since day 1. They sent someone out, he said it was probably my way We pressure. Had it checked and it’s not. Bought it June for much more and no wonder it’s on offer. Still flashing error codes and has been since day 1! A0 and Hisense have been no help at all!
