Fabulous machine!! Excellent price for a 12kg machine. Also washes well, greater selection of programmes but it has become all too obvious that my old one was on the way out (in all respects.) Be aware of measurements as it is a bigger than normal washing machine having a deeper drum. Had to do a little “recalibration” in my utility to fit it in!! Would highly recommend the product and ao.com….. delivery is fast and efficient.

Very pleased with the extra large drum, more washing in one wash! Nice and quiet.
