Brilliant washer well made and not as loud as I thought it would be

Really great machine super quiet and has a large drum suitable for big households. AO were amazing with the delivery and installation really pleased with the buy.

Lovely big 12kg drum which is perfect for a family. Not too loud when on. The only slight negative for me, is that the spin at the end of the cycle possibly isn’t as effective as my previous machine, and I usually need to put it on a separate spin cycle before taking the laundry out to dry. Just a small point, I’m overall very happy with it.

It's a brilliant machine. I have no complaints about how well it washes. However the instructions are a little unclear when it comes to the optional functions, adding a prewash etc. Also, a lot of the wash settings aren't recommended for 12kg loads. A high number of them recommend 3kg or 6kg loads The steam option for example, recommends a 3kg load. I'd like more options for loads larger than 6kg for daily, quick washes. The automatic setting for a spin is 1200 and not the full 1400, which leaves the bigger loads heavier with water than I'd like before air drying. It's quiet though, even with larger loads.
