I bought this a month ago and I''m so glad I did no noise even when it spins and drum size takes a double quilt easily should bought one years ago

Had a month now and only niggle is softener dispensing or lack of.

Had this product just under 5 months when we noticed the door seal starting to crack and breakup! Contacted Hisense customer service with this issue including photos basically thier reply was to blame us for thus issue and passed us onto a seperate repair company who wanted to charge us £199 + vat to have the seal replaced!!! Absolutly discusted with how Hisense treat their customers this is the 2nd time I've had to deal with their customer service dept and on both occasions they passed the buck! Won't be ever buying a Hisense product again.

Great wash but long settings you can adjust slightly with spin and heat settings and there is a quick wash 15min that can extend to 20min so overall a good machine for the size and price

Only had this a short while, but pleasantly surprised has always gone for the heavy hitters previously and wasn’t sure about buying a Hisense product but does exactly what it says on the tin, but with the added bonus of a large capacity load, would definitely buy again

It may be "energy saving" but blimey it don't half take a long time to wash. Over all, it does a good job of washing and the motor is fairly quiet (this was an issue with our last one, it got noisy as it got older) however the water solenoid really clunks on and off with a right old bang.. Hate the (cheap looking) black plastic door, it gets in the way as it sticks out from the main body of the washer, worried it will get hit and scratched or broken... Overall, it is easy to use, it weighs the items and adds on the extra time to the washing cycle. About 2.5 hours to do a mixed 40° load... about an hour longer than the previous one (Beko) with no difference in wash standard. It was easy enough to set up (remove the travel bolts with the supplied spanner) except for the lack of instructions, some people may not know about removing the rubber bungs and swap for the plastic grommets.

Great size can fit good load of washing in per cycle. Not noisy what so ever either. Has an energy rating of A, and great wash cycle selection options.
