As to the use so far it’s a very good machine

I’ve had this machine for 2 weeks and am just so happy with it. From ordering to delivery it had been a pleasure but the best was to come! I have used most of the different programmes on everything from clothes to sofa covers to bedding which includes a king size duvet! This machine has a 12kg drum and the duvet fitted in with room to spare. The machine washes everything so well, I could really see the difference and the clothes are so soft with no creasing so most things can be put away with no ironing needed. The steam function is very good and different, oh, and you can stop the wash and add to what’s in the drum. Finally it saves so much electric and time, because, with the larger drum you don’t need to put the machine on so often! Would recommend to everyone without hesitation!!

Good features but it’s a bit plasticky.

As a whole this is a great machine. The fact it has a 12kg load capacity is brilliant for a large family like ours. Especially with young children who have the occasional bedtime accident, and need bedding to be washed. A duvet fits no problem and has the space to washed still. A down side to it is, that the wash cycles are long. The quick 15min is good if you only need to wash a couple of items as its only got a small load capacity. We have found the 20 degree is the best daily wash, but it take nearly 2hours. But when you consider the drum size the time cancels out, if you have a smaller drum then having to do 2 loads of washing. Overall great machine, and would recommend to anyone with a large family.

Great washer, not sure about the vibration from the spin cycle. it is set up correctly but shaking excessively.
