After our other machine broke i looked on ao.com and filted large load machines and this came up with a huge 12kg capacity so my wife stuff 15kg in it Anyway it seems simple enough to use and washes brilliantly and its really quiet, So far so good. Apart from one thing the new water feed pipe on ours was faulty and soaked everywhere because of a dodgy seal.

Decent machine good price. Would be good if more of the cycles allowed 1400 spin.

Only had a short while, only criticism is it’s not very user friendly and very limited instructions

Love this washing machine, it's very quiet and the drum is huge, can get a family of 3s weekly dark wash done in one wash and the same with our light wash.

Smart looking washer To pick a gripe the noise reducing cardboard bottom made that much noise i removed it ? It made a nearly air tight case so when on the spin cycle it bellowed in and out creating a thuding sound. I am not a muppet and i did fit it correctly. Other than that it is a good washer only time will prove durability. My last washer was the same brand and lasted many years.

I love the range of settings and the options to add favourites, large capacity drum perfect for busy families and lots of heavy washing. The baby steam setting if perfect for those with allergies and for underwear type garments to kill any bacteria. Quiet when running compared to our old machine and leaves clothes feeling fresh and soft. A very handy quick guide came with the machine which I've put on the fridge using magnets so I can be instantly reminded of settings when needed. I highly recommend for the price, it's an excellent machine and so far I have found no negative things to say about it. Very pleased with my purchase.
