Only used a few times since installation...but has performed well and is very quiet compared to the old machine so far so good really need six months to give a subjective review but based on so far not a bad buy

We bought this to replace our old LG machine. The Hisense is very quiet as described and is very easy to use. Lots of programs and also the steam function! Would thoroughly recommend. The 12 kg drum means we can wash our duvets easily.

We’d never heard of Hisense but this washing machine was one of 7 highly rated by the Good Housekeeping institute and was an excellent price. It’s doing a great job so far. The door is quite dark but as the machine is in the garage that’s not an issue for us. There are no instructions for setting the time delay but it was quite easy to work out.

Very loud even on silent mode
