Owned now for three3 weeks. Very very quiet. Huge drum for family wash. Programs are very long compared to last machine. Quick wash with full load 1.50hrs before the auto sensor weighs load. Usually adds 10extra minutes. Delay timer is awkward since you have to predict when expected load is finishing. ‘Delayed finish’. Brilliant machine. Lot more efficient than last A rated.

Quiet working very well so far

Lovely quiet machine, very simple and easy to use. Would have liked some more specific instructions on each different program, but otherwise a great product!

Great machine and capacity. Only thing that would make it better is auto dispensing for liquids.

just recieved this today and dissapointed, its noisier than my last washer, just plain and simple. only good things the 12k drum. sticks out more than my last washer aswel so have to be careful it dosnt get scratched. my old washer was better.

Just received the hisense and jave used it twice so far, the quick wash of 35mins is great if we have warm weather all yr round tp put it on line as it only spins on a 800 spin so have to re spin clothes which takes another 12mins on a 1400 spin in order dry in tumble so not that good. Even though it has many functions they are ridiculously long so won't be using them seeing how electric gone up. So far only thing is good is the big 12kg drum. I am gutted that I didn'tb Buy the same one has i had before. It's also not as quiet as they make out can hear in other rooms. It does annoy me how manufacturers can't see how shorter cycles on every wash is what ppl want. For the price I paid I could have had known makes for far less money.

Very long cycles Cannot think it is Eco friendly with four cycles

This Hisense washing machine has been purchased to replace an 8 year old model from a much more well known brand. Price wise, there's not much in it from what we paid 8 years ago. However, this Hisense machine is instantly noticeably less robust. The detergent drawer and door are made from very flimsy plastic and although this does not effect the performance, I can sense failure occuring in a very short space of time. A consequence of the detergent drawer being so flimsy is that there's alot of noise as the machine fills with water: Audible from another room. The noise of laundry sloshing in the machine is also very loud. The spin cycle is fairly quiet although it doesn't get the clothes as wrung as my previous machine despite boasting the same 1400rpms. Overall I'd say stick to the known brands. Even the well know budget brand beginning with B sells better made machines than this.
