This is the second washing machine I have purchased in 2 years from AO along with a Shark vacuum. I am delighted with their service-Guys took old washer away and every time they have been very polite. Any electrical appliance I will always purchase from AO -excellent service from AO

Will openly admit slightly wary of choosing a Brand not known for specialising in washing machines , but after reading other reviews and having the 100 day return guarantee being a 5 star customer I chose to go ahead and im so glad I did . Amazing machine the 12kg drum is fantastic , handles towels and heavier items, no problem , the everyday wash is now a dream and what can I say about how quiet it is , just mind blowing. First couple of times of use had to check i had switched it on lol. Highly recommend and Well done Hisense , amazing product !

Great drum size, quiet spin, the only issue is how long wash programs take. I assume this is all about conserving energy washing at lower temperatures but with a large family there is no way to get all the washing completed in a morning.

Nice size drum, very quiet and when it's finished the wash it turns it's self off. Very pleased with the item

Great machine, easy to opperate. Only reason for 4 stars is the manual doesnt really give much info regarding the different settings such as temperature and speeds

Really easy to set up and plum in, and so far is working very well. The 12kg load is great and fits into place where our old one was so not any bigger size wise and it's very quiet too. If you are in the market for a new machine definitely consider this one.
