Efficient and easy to use

As I wasn't familiar with this brand I was a little hesitant, so far I'm very pleased with my purchase. I am impressed with how quiet this machine is and the capacity for larger loads. It's simple to use and having the ability to program your 'favourite' cycle is helpful My only suggestion for improvement would be that most of the pre programmed cycles are very long, maybe a few shorter cycles would be appropriate. All in all very pleased, time will tell on reliability.

Very quiet compared to all the machines I’ve had in the past the Drum is excellent fits my king size duvet/tog in there!!! Well worth the money and my laundry days are blessed now especially a large drum and a Mix choice makes life so much easier

I was apprehensive about buying a Hisense machine from AO. Until now, I have to confess, this brand was unknown to us. But to be honest I wanted a 12kg machine with 1400 spin speed, and this was nearly half the price, with a 2yr warranty it seemed like a no brainer. The machine was easy to set up, but for us, the drain hose was a couple of inches shorter than our old machine. But I guess where money can be shaved off, everyone is cutting back. It’s not a deal breaker. The machine has a number of settings, one of my favs is the 2kg 15min wash, fabulous for freshening up clothes. The only niggle for me was the next wash was a 50min wash at 800 spin speed. All settings give you option to amend spin speed and temperatures, so of course you can tweak as you go. At a push you can spin a load if you want them a little drier - and of course use your tumble drier less. Lovely looking machine, very quiet in comparison to my older machine. The 12kg drum is an absolute game changer. I used to do 9-10 loads a week, now I only do 5-6!! Happy happy days!!!

It’s very quiet and has great drum capacity. Even at a low temperature the clothes are cleaned really well. Very pleased with it.
