Washer machine delivered without water inlet hose and several other items. Contacted both AO and Hisense the same day as delivery and parts have been “sent out” several times. It’s been 25 days since the delivery of the washer machine and still no parts have arrived. Seems that either companies don’t care at all.

Good looking machine with a large washing capacity and a good power rating. We hope that the 1400rpm spin speed will leave washing dry enough to minimise the amount of drying required.
