The company is very good and can't fault them. The washing machine was noisy from the off. Often banging the wall as it ran through its cycles in the seperate utility room. Not nice if you have noise sensitive disabled adults trying to watch tv in another room. Running it off peak at night was a no go. Never seemed to empty the conditioner tray either. Broke down just before the manufacturers two year warranty ran out luckily. Replaced with Samsung eco bubble which is 200% quieter and has more useful programs. Don't usually grumble but I think others might find this useful. I know we would have.

Great service and fabulous machine

This machine has great capacity as expected and now that capacity has been tested with great success. Only criticism is the length of some programs but, there are ways round that. Overall happy with this purchase. Looks good, easy to use. Quiet when running and does what it says it does.

With huge amounts of washing this has halved the loads I do. So silent I keep checking to see if it’s on. Definitely recommend
