Great product, easy to use & the 15min quick wash is perfect for me. The only slight issue is the noise reduction mat & panel. It states there is information on how to install it but the info is missing. However, as I have a separate laundry room the noise isn't an issue so I didn't bother fitting the reduction parts supplied

Great washing machine - really quiet and costs coppers to run. However, the cycles are really restricted. There is no 1 hour quick wash cycle. Except the 15 minute setting, virtually everything takes at least 2.5+ hours. This is good in most cases for saving energy, but if you need to do multiple loads in a day I feel a bit snookered. Same if I need to put a load of washing on before bed… either stay awake for it to finish or wake up early to throw it in the dryer. Not ideal and such a shame because the washer is brilliant despite that.

Its the second Hisense 3 Series washing machine we have bought from ao. So far they look like good products and represent good value for money.

This has to be the best washing machine I’ve ever had ! It is AMAZING, you can hear a pin drop when it’s on, it is so quiet, even on a SPIN You don’t even know it’s actually on ! AMAZING.. The best money I’ve ever spent on a washing machine . Plenty of programs and a 15 min wash for them urgent items . Well worth the money paid.. looks lovely with its black door .. I would definitely recommend this product. Forget your hot point , indeset,etc, this is the machine you need.. Oh and a large capacity drum for all those bedding essentials. ?? One very happy customer.

Service is great so much ch so that I have just ordered a washer dryer to the same property which is what I thought I ordered first time round!! Not there fault but expensive mistake on my part

My previous washer was a Candy and was incredibly loud during the spin cycle. This new Hisense 3 Series is so quiet in comparison. A sibling of mine has an LG designed to be quiet and whilst it is quieter it isn't by much so am very impressed. It is aesthetically pleasing and is easy to use. So far the washes have been great.

Washes well and the instructions are clear. I like that the wash can be delayed until early morning and so saving electricity. \only small thing is that the control knob is poor quality.

Very quiet machine. Big improvement from my old one. Not totally loving the big black disc on the front covering the door. You can’t see inside to check on your laundry as it’s totally hidden. The wash programmes seem longer than my old machine, but I’m getting used to tweaking the programmes. Worth the money.
