I have to say this washing machine is AWESOME! It does everything I wanted. Big drumb and fast, but more importantly it's so quiet! I normally take ages picking something, weighing up the pros and cons but this was a snap decision and it was the best decision I've made! (Beats the tumble drying I bought! Ugh!) It looks good and I have to say the fastest 5 minute delivery ever! It's one of the reasons I keep coming back to AO, excellent products and great delivery. What more could you ask for? OK maybe that annoying phone call about insurance could be stopped but other than that it's a great company! Thanks AO when ur item dies you want a fast replacement and u do it every time! Cheers!

It looks and works great; I just need to understand the settings better and this not as straightforward

This washing machine is great looks very modern with the big round black and love that is has two steam setting for killing off germs and a emergency door opening for those few items that you have forgotten to put in your wash so you can pause wash and open door to pop them into wash load it also has a drum clean clean setting for getting the drum clean and smelling fresh.
