Product really good. 15 minute wash too. Highly recommended

Excellent product

The people who delivered and plumbed in were very good, not sure if there is a problem with the machine because the drum makes a lot of noise.

Good product now it's been in use for a few weeks, very smooth and quiet, unfortunately the catch was broken,on the drain door was disappointing, and as been repaired,ao personal and product very professional, hisense were very quick in resolving the issue.

Great product, definitely worth it. I've had this now for about 3-ish weeks and I love it. Huge improvement to my last one. So sleek and fancy looking. Love the digital display and the countdown timer. Fantastic delivery from some lovely friendly guys who brought it right into my kitchen for me. With hind sight I would've paid for the extra set up and packaging removal. We got very confused about setting it up and finding the shipping bolts. I have no doubt the AO team would've had that done in a few mins. So if you don't get the extra services (which I thing you should) then really read those instructions!

We are a family of 3 and the 9 kg wash has reduced the number of loads considerably. This machine is very quiet. I like the fact that any washing dropped along the way can be added easily. The 15 minute programme is great for small loads that only need a freshen which to be honest is most of our wash. The eco wash is a great idea but can take rather a long time so it now goes on at night. This machine adjusts the time of the wash if not fully loaded which is a bonus. As always lots of programs I’ll probably never use but that’s just me I suppose. Overall satisfied with my buy and look forward to several years of use.
