Product itself is brilliant, quiet and does exactly what is needed, delivery was good and drivers were great. Recycling of old machine though is another story, thought it was being collected at the time of delivery, but ended up not being collected for over 4 days, when you live in a flat it's not ideal.

The washing machine works really well. The large drum and fast spin speed are exactly what I wanted. It's energy efficient, quiet, and looks very good. Very reasonably priced considering the amount of pluses

Never had a Hisense machine before... took a risk as it was cheap enough and arrived quickly, 2 days, which was my priority. It has more than enough programme options but the range of temperature and spin speeds are varied and fixed on the different programmes and you have to keep selecting what you want each time (there is a 'favourite' but only 1) and I would prefer to select them for myself rather than have to learn different rules and then have to do a 'spin' programme as an extra to get things spun at 1400 instead of 1000max on a short programme. It looks nice, the dark door makes it look tidy as you can't see washing in there waiting for a load to build up but it does mean you can't see what is going on and you have to rely on the display. It is a very quiet wash and spin. The spin cycles are very sensitive to imbalance, which is good on the one hand to protect the machine but annoying when you think your wash is finished and you have to mess about with doing several separate spin cycles to get the washing spun. So far so good, easy to get used to and seems good value for money.

Impressed with product looks and performance. Certainly helping keep wash costs down with 15 min cycle and steam setting a bonus.
