Do not buy these machines I have had 2 in a month first was the inlet valve for the water wouldn’t close 2nd was the door was faulty the customer service is non existent I’ve had 2 of their engineers out both have agreed the machines are faulty and should be returned but Hisense will try anything for this not to happen I now have to claim house insurance for my flooded kitchen and we are now in the process of fighting to get our money back

Brilliant washing machine and the add wash is a game changer. Cheaper than the well known household brand but runs amazingly.
