Loving how quiet this product is . Perfect for living in a first floor flat .

It does what it says on the tin. I was restricted in size so this one fitted which was vital. However, I don't know if I am missing something in the very minimal instructions but as someone who does mixed cycles, two hours for a wash is crazy long. The quick cycle is too short and doesn't rinse properly. This wouldn't be my choice of washer if I had the space for something bigger.

Exceptional for the price. Smaller drum than other machines, but perfect for doing regular smaller loads. The time remaining display is very clear, and easily seen across a room. As the machine is not as deep, it can fit under a smaller countertop. Very quiet when balanced. Pump access is recessed and a bit of a pain if items end up in there. Wash-cycle spin isn't long enough, so you will find yourself using the additional spin once a wash ends. Great shallow space-saving machine for cold washes.

I am very pleased with my new washing machine so far. I have only used it 5 times. My only criticism is that the Quick mix on this machine only takes 1kg of clothes whereas my last machine took half a load and took 45 minutes. The closest to that with my new machine is Mix which takes nearly 2hours. I made a point of checking that the new machine had Quick mix but was unaware of the small load capacity on that setting.

good product for a good price

This washer is amazing, weighs your washing and adjusts the time so your getting a proper wash, absolutely amazing and the guys that delivered it where lovely amazing customer service.

Had the product for less than 2 years. The bearing and drum went so Hisense came out and I was told it was beyond repair. They replaced the item free of charge straight away no hassle absolutely perfect.
