Great product for a reasonable.price. Very quite compared to my old machine

I have never bought from AO before but was very impressed with everything from start to finish. The chap who brought it made sure it was plumbed in properly and worked before he left. Most delivery men normally rush around and do everything quickly. The washing machine works perfectly and has a short wash of 15 minutes which is ideal for small items. I read previous reviews about the washing machine and very pleased with my purchase.

Does exactly what it says on the tin. No issues and all as expected. Looks pretty smart.

The machine arrived broken and between AO and Hisense insisted on 3 separate visits to confirm that machine did not work, along with wanting fault code's serial number and photos of the waste pipe before they would acknowledge the fault even though they were paid for the installation. NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE THEM.

I've had this product for a few now and I couldn't be happier with it. It provides an excellent wash, with them not being too damp at the end of the cycle. The inverter motor makes sure that it remains quiet, even when spinning at its highest rpms, and it is very space efficient, fitting into the tightest of spaces

Great washing machine and really quiet. Loads of settings and you can see exactly how long is left on the wash.
